For what purpose and on what basis we process your data
Mr.Grip collects and processes your personal data for the following purposes:

2. To deal with queries, request quotations or handle complaints. This can be done through the website, in writing, by phone or by email. Mr.Grip has the right to do so in the context of the pre-contractual phase.
3. For the performance of the contract you enter into with us.
4. When you contact us with questions, comments, complaints or to enforce any of your rights. This can be by phone, but we also understand that you approach us by email or social media, fill out the contact form, participate in surveys and/or polls or subscribe to our newsletter (by email).

How long we store your data
Mr.Grip applies the following retention periods:
- Contact details: 3 years after the end of the contract or the last moment of contact.
- Financial data: 7 years according to the legally applicable time limit.
- Transaction data: 5 years, including products and services purchased.
- Requests for information, complaints: 3 years after the processing of your request or complaint.
- Blocking of your data: provided that it is required by law to implement your blocking request.
Security
Mr.Grip has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data and prevent unauthorized access to your personal data. These measures are regularly assessed, adjusted and, if necessary, updated by Mr.Grip.

Our organization likes to enter into dialogue with customers, stakeholders and website visitors about our organization, services and activities through web and (own) social media channels. The aim is to provide useful and relevant information and/or answer questions that are circulated via social media.
